There is a dandelion festival in Kitchener/Waterloo every year...I tasted dandelion ice cream there. Not bad.
You can use every part of the dandelion in cooking. So far this past week we've made bread, muffins, and veggie burgers. Tempura is next.
Can you post your recipe for the bread? And the veggie burgers?
